An early morning flight took us toward the warm south. But Cabo, claims 360 sunny days a year, was CLOUDY! Still,
we were pleasantly surprised by these high mountains. On our shuttle ride to the hotel, we saw the famous arch, together with the rocks called lands end. |

When we finally arrived at our hotel, fresh margarita was served immediately!
We settled down in the comfy chairs in the spacious lobby,
and watched sparrows flying in and out through the open windows. I fell in love with the place even though I hadn't
seen our rooms yet!
The colorful resident parrot took a huge interests in our margarita! Judging by its skill at licking the salt off our glass, it had had plenty practice. |

We weren't dissapointed when we finally pulled ourselves reluctantly away from
the continued supply of margaritas in the lobby. Our little room comes with a private garden, equipped with
multiple hammocks. We spent the rest of Sunday exploring the rest of the hotel and went to town for dinner. |

We did two boat dives the next day. Pelican rock and Neptune's Finger. The reef were blanketed with
colorful creatures. We also ran into schools and schools of fish. From a crevasse,
the dive master took out a blow fish. From another, we saw a Moray Eel; 3 ft of
body was visible along side the wall, waving with the current like a green leather belt;
a bright colored angel fish was keeping the eel company.
In the evening, we enjoyed some "foofoo" drink at the hotel bar before head to town for a lobster feast. |
| Tuesday was Mexican Independence Day, our hotel dive shop closed. I woke up early. The morning light was beautiful, I took some more pictures around the pool. |

When everyone was up, we walked to town for breakfast. The sun was burning hot. The sky was blue.

More picture from town. Gui really enjoyed her Omelet de Camarons! We took the group photo at an internet cafe in town, the night before. |
